These BUFFGIFT Gift Card Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into by and between One Tree Hill Tech Limited ("BUFFGIFT," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("you" or "your").
Once you receive written confirmation that you have successfully completed the purchase of a Gift Card, your use of the Gift Card will be subject to the Vendor Terms and Conditions outlined in Section 2 below.
BuffGift reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove all or part of these Terms at any time without notice. If we modify these Terms, we will post a notice of such modification on our website or mobile application. Your continued use of our services after such posting will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.
BuffGift offers various Gift Cards through third-party mobile applications. All Gift Cards are subject to availability. Even if you have placed an order, we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, reject all or part of an order and discontinue products without notice.
Once you receive written confirmation that you have successfully purchased a Gift Card, your use of the Gift Card will be subject to the Vendor Terms and Conditions. You must use the Gift Card in accordance with the Vendor Terms and Conditions. The vendor is responsible for the acceptance and use of the Gift Card.
Through the use of the service and the Gift Card purchasing platform, we may provide you with access to third-party websites, information, and services, including but not limited to third-party databases, networks, servers, software, programs, systems, directories, applications, and products.
You acknowledge that you use these services at your own risk. The service and the Gift Card purchasing platform are provided on an "as is" basis. In addition to the disclaimers, limitations of liability, and other provisions set forth in these Terms, we disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
BuffGift and its affiliates and third-party service providers do not represent or warrant that access to the service will be uninterrupted, or that there will be no failures, errors, omissions, or loss of transmitted information.
You may not resell Gift Cards to third parties.
By purchasing Gift Cards, you confirm that you have the right to use the designated payment method, and you authorize us to charge your purchase order to that payment method.
You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes associated with the purchase of Gift Cards.
All sales of Gift Cards are final. Once a Gift Card is purchased, it is non-refundable. However, if an error occurs during the purchase process that results in the failure to complete the purchase of a Gift Card, we will refund your payment.
By using the service and the Gift Card purchasing platform, you hereby consent to BuffGift using certain information about you, including but not limited to information related to your identity, location, and purchase history, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The enforcement of these Terms is at our sole discretion, and our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms in some instances does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce such provision in other instances.
